Armor and Weapon Crafting

Has there been any word that these two skills will be available at some point?

I found it very very disappointing that Mythic did not implement these two skills. I remember in DAoC it was a difficult process and very expensive but you felt some sort of reward for it and almost everyone had armor created from players because they were competitive using SC.

I dont want it to be like WoW where everyone looks exactly the same and wears exactly the same gear except for maybe a jewel or two here and there...

I believe the way they got rid of recipes and implemented crafting is fine but only two skills? :(

Currently there are no plans for Weapon and Armor crafting.

I always like it on UO where you could determine the color of the armor by the ore you mined. I always throught that was a great way to do it smelt different ores would produce different color armor with better protection
