Capital city teleport scroll

For any who haven't seen the announcement in the new issue of the WAR newsletter yet, Mythic is awarding a teleport scroll to your side's capital city if you have an award called Veteran Newsletter Subscriber. You need to check the beta center and input the code if the award is listed for you.

Not sure I understand where to check -- just log onto Beta Center and the code will appear there if you got one?

Well, I went and checked my account, and while I don't see a scroll, I do see this:

Reward: DAoC sub Includes: Pendragon's Knot

What is that?? How would I retrieve said item or ... whatever it is?

It's a trophy item that displays on your character. Most of the people who have it say they got in their mailbox, however my account is flagged for it and it's not shown up in my mailbox yet.

I got the Pendragon Knot as well the other day and I"m just not sure what triggered it. I entered the newsletter code and it came up along with the newsletter scroll, but I don't see how the two are related.

It's ungodly cool though, it'll be a permanent part of all my characters attire though, from now on. Best trophy item ever.
