needing to press control/alt/delete for game to start

I am wondering if anyone has heard of or is experiencing the need to press control/alt/delete before the game will start. The play button is yellow but nothing happens when I press it. I only found that this works when I got tired of waiting for the game to start and thought I needed to relaunch the patcher.

I get that sometimes when Im trying to quit for the night....havent had it happen on login though.

I have the problem where if I exit the game, when I try to log back in, it locks up at the server window and I have to reboot.

I have also noticed that it looks like the game has never finished exiting, but I move the cursor to the bottom of the screen my task bar will pop up erasing the bottom of the game screen. I then have to refresh my desktop to get it back to normal.

I found the fix for the problem of having hit control alt delete to start the game after the patcher...I installed a new audio driver and poof the play button works...now if I could use listen to the sound as I play and not be so choppy I'd be one happy player.

I have a USB headset, and my sound comes from the motherboard (i.e., no sound card). I can't have my game sound and my vent both come through the headset. I have to have the game come through the regular output from the motherboard, and my vent come through the headset. If I run both through the headset, the game has terrible performance.

Does this setup sound like yours?
