stupid patcher tells "Authentication Error". Are the servers down right now??

Mythic is stupid! I can't log into the game so I go to the herald to get support and when I click "CONTACT US", the ask me to LOGIN. well, Guess what happens there! What a bunch of morons!

Can you login to your master account?? Have you input a retail game key yet? If not, then you cannot play. Head start keys no longer work.
