Its been awhile since I last posted here. I just wanted to pop in and say that Heart of Stone is watching what transpires here with anticipation. I do not believe we've had the pleasure of meeting in a current or even previous lifetime, so please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Oola and I've played several MMORPGs with a few good friends that you know as Kedari, Steingrimr and Glynd. We first met in Azeroth as Hordes in a guild called Citadel on the Twisting Nether server. Since then, we've relocated and are playing Alliance on Scarlet Crusade and belong to a very small, but family-like environment type guild called Avalon.

We were all very excited when we heard the news of Warhammer coming out and even more excited when many of us were able to get into the CE closed beta testing phase. If'n you happen to see a little shaman named Pfft running around, tossing you a heal or two, give him a wave. That's my little guy while in beta. You'll probably see him running around with a big orc named, Torg. He's a brute, but a really nice guy. Heck, would I be keepin' him healed if he weren't? *wink*

Wow I am so happy I found this place! So many familiar names :D

I played as Luroc the healer and Eethan the savage on Mid/Perc for a long time. My wife played as well as Thordissa the thane and mostly Thordi the skald. We played a long time in guilds Danevirke and Winter's Bane before playing a bit with some friends in Release, then later on Vidar's Revenge and Vaskr Sal (ya that one lasted about 2 weeks with Tendulkar :P). Also did some time in WoW, a bit with Hel Maor on Kel'thuzad (through the guild merger to Stygian, etc)..

I have been in WAR beta for a while but have not played since the last t4 rvr phase earlier this year. I was pretty disappointed by the gameplay and rvr back then and was on the fence about whether I would play or not. Thought I would give it another look now since they've made a lot of changes, currently re-downloading the beta client.

Definitely going to play after finding this place though :)

Hello everyone :) My husband and I used to play DAoC back in the day on Perc and Nimue. My husband and I "think" we where Hib/Perc, Mid/Nimue :confused: We are also both getting old and forgetful and seem to have forgotten what our names where as well hehe. Our favorite guilds and comunities of all the games we have played over the years where always those from DAoC. With WAR coming out we both are hoping to be able to refind some of our old friends again ;) Even if no one remembers us we really want to be a part of what ever server many of the old DAoC crew have headed to.

I remember having many friends in a Hib guild which was heavy RP....The name was gaelic for unicorn I think (I know I never could pronounce it hehe). Not sure if that helps :(

Our Mid guild we had followed a brother and sister team to Mid to give it a try. I think the sister was a healer? We also had many firends in that one as well...Maybe the name had Fenris in it?

We both feel real bad we have forgotten names over the years *sadface* I have been tempted to just pay the $15 to reactivate my DAoC so I could see where and what my old toons where. But reading over the forums many of the names sound so familier hopefully one of you remembers us and can help jog our memories more hehe

Most here knew me as Chrysanthe, former guild leader of the Mark of Gungnir, which was part of the Ravensflyte alliance for a long, long time (might still be, not sure). I left DAoC 3 1/2 years ago (ToA - MEH) and have finally come around full circle to find everyone on Phoenix Throne in Warhammer. It was a complete accident. I had no idea where anyone was playing. I ran into Selwynn (former officer of MoG) in a PQ and about died! Then I ran into Grimfaire! WOOT. He told me that most of the old Ravensflyte alliance was here! Imagine my delight. So anyway, I'm in Hel Maor and quite happy to see so many old friends again!

I was Syphy's infamous Radar. Its amazing what a ranger with max stealth can report without moving. And Mauer the Animist I was extremely proud of enough to solo during a keep/tower defense to keep the zerg on the CK. Good times... before ToA.

Hey Udo. It is a bit of a pain how some names are taken up and some are not. I know Gisli lost his name, along with a few others. Fortunately, after Mythic name nerfed me, they gave me a name that was not so generic as to be stolen by gold spammers. =)

Hopefully whatever account has Udo will go inactive enough for your name to shake loose from the tree of dispair as I would love to see Udo the Zealot running around.

My guild and I was recently forced to transfer from Oster (don't hold it against us *lol*) and throughout my travels and mindless splatting (of myself and Order) I woz directed here. Thought I would pop in, say hi, see wot's up and give a peak around.

Little background of us is in order I guess. We began way back in 1996 with Ultima Online early Alpha / Beta testing, hopping into Catskills on day 1, we were part of many, shall we call them, interesting situations and events and had a grand old time being RP-PKers, antagonizing all that we combat in new and wonderfully entertaining ways, and we've been at this stuff ever since from MMO to MMO.

Thanks for havin' us and now that we're on a server that's active, not a 4:1 Order : Destro odds and actually populated, hopefully we'll be able to work wit some or all o' yas in crushing the snot out of anything that even remotely moves!
