Viewable trophies?

Are the items you equip in your character's trophy slots viewable? By this I mean, if I am rewarded a trophy dagger for killing 1000 dwarfs (because all iron breakers must die) and I place the item in a trophy slot, will I see a dagger hanging from my armor somewhere?

yes it depends on what character you are.

My sorc wears her on her belt, my zealot on her shoulders...

My Chosen wears then on his dhoulder nad his belt. The thing is I put on some shoulders or belt and then my stuff is market as having no slots. Put back on the other one and it works...

The trophy slots are not the slots for jewels though!

Keep in mind if your trophy says it displays on "Shoulders" and you have no shoulder armor yet, it won't show up. At least on my Chosen it didn't.

I got one of those DAOC type trophies, the 3 realm emblem. With this one, in my character's portrait screen, it had a left and right arrow, to place it in different spots. 2 belt locations; left or right side. 6 shoulder locations; 2 on left front side, 2 on right front side, 2 on back left & right back side. But I didn't see in on the back, until I moved the camera around.

Pretty neat.

I wonder if the trophies you don't see, are really on your back side?

Ya they could have been on my belt and I was just looking at my toons shoulders.. haha, what a noob I am. :lol:

Also if you click on the trophy slot you will see arrows on either side, this allows you to change the placement of the trophy. The DAOC one can be on the belt, or the shoulder, I like it better on my shoulder.

Mine say there is no slot to accomodate my trophy while i wear every piece of armor that exist for my class....

I get a small red cross and nothing displays.

I have one of those for shoulders only. One shoulder set it was viewable and I could place it on left or right, front or back.

Then I got better shoulders and when I switched em out, the trophy is still there, but hanging from thin air and I can not switch its position, yet it also has the little red X saying no avaliable trophy slots for this item.

I think as long as I keep it there, it will continue to be displayed, but it I take it off and try to put it back on, I won't be able too.

So I guess some pieces of armor can have trophies and some can't.
