We will be bringing down NA servers at approximately 8:10 AM EDT to update the servers. This update will address issues with performance of certain in-game social elements, such as /tell, /group and guild communication. We anticipate servers will be back online no later than 12:01 PM EDT.
Oceanic Servers will be brought offline at approximately 10:00 AM EDT to apply the same server updates. We expect the Oceanic servers to be back online no later than 1:00 PM EDT. As always, thank you for your patience and understanding. Please keep checking the Herald for the latest updates regarding this downtime.
