While exploring IC tonight trying to find all the history & lore items (i'm down to 3 left) I found a way to the Chaos Portal. It takes you to one of 6 random spots. 4 of the less interesting ones are a cliff with boats, a tiny empire village, a shoreline, and an ice cavern. The 2 more interesting ones are below:

Aoann, If i remember right, you have to go into the arena, and run to the north side of it. Then you jump across some ledges. Pretty easy to find.

My jaw dropped when you said you had only three left. You mean you've done all the tome unlocks except for 3, from all the different tiers/pairing? If so, WOW!

Pretty cool.. Went there yesterday.. miss yea ole Cotswold bridge. I tried sprinting to the portal passed the bridge but didnt make it.. proably cant port.. but I wonder if a Marauder could make it with sprint / charge.

I tried sprinting across the bridge to the Camelot portal about a dozen times (so you can tell how many times I did the Winds of Chaos thing heh), using my Black Orc and never got closer than about 50 feet from it no matter how hard I tried to run right as soon as I ported. If Marauder Charge adds to speed more or is a second sprint you might make it. I am dying to know what happens if you can get inside Camelot itself.

And yeah, figures there's no Jordheim - which I would really rather see more :P

I've actually tried this more times than I'd like to admit, however with the Charge/Sprint combo, I can get almost right to the portal before being ported out.
