Greetings!
The Iron Rock and Phoenix Throne servers will be brought down at approximately 11:45 AM EST for a quickrestart. This should resolve issues players are experiencing with GuildHeraldry displaying properly. Once the server is offline we recommendlogging out entirely and re-running the patcher to ensure the fix wassuccessful.
Should the problem continue to persist after therestart please contact a CSR. We anticipate the restart to take nolonger than 30 minutes. Thank you!
Update - 11: 45 AM EST: The servers are now offline for the restart.
