UI dedicated section please

My first question is are there enough questions/posts on this to make a new section/forum for them?
My second is do other people feel this would be useful.
My third is you want to mod it? :)

This is probably a situation where a try-and-see approach would work best, I think. If there aren't enough posts, it can always be removed.
