Tested some of the changes for WE for first part of 1.3
Carnage/Treach Spec 750 strength
Slice 379 336
Ag Wound 513 389 (dmg is from back so no armor)
Pierce Armor 523 485
Sever Limb 419 336
OYK 247 276 (dmg per hit)
Ruthless Assault 247 203 (dmg per hit)
Kiss 248 248
Wracking Pain 143 106
Envenom 168 153
Same mob, same level (lvl 39 cat) I did not show the mitigation, just the actual dmg. Normal hits.
Ag Wound seemed to get a very large bump, but even slice got a bit of a bump. Mostly upgrades with exception of OYK.
Of course everyone else got single target upgrade too :p
