Below are some frequently asked questions concerning the Collectors Edition (CE) pre-order, we will continue to update this page as we answer your questions.

I live in Canada how can I pre-order?: Currently from the EA.com Store - www.eastore.com/war (http://www.eastore.com/war)
Where are my codes when I pre-order online?:
Each retailer may do it differently, we have no control over the
distribution of their codes to pre-order customers. However, you will
generally receive a separate email specifically containing your codes
(in some cases it can take several days). Please do not contact EA Mythic Customer Support concerning this - you must contact
your retailer as we will be unable to assist you further. EAStore.com sends out a batch of codes each week, it may take up to 7 days after your order to receive them.
Why have I not received my online order keys from Gamestop/EB Games?: Codes are being distributed to all current pre-order customers from GameStop/EB Games websites. Information about the pre-order program is now also available on their sites on the Collectors Edition product page.[/color]
What is Open Beta?: Unlike many traditional "Open Betas" WAR will only be available to a limited number of players (Including Collectors Edition Pre-Orders). Open simply means that
the NDA will be lifted allowing testers to freely share their experience with the public.
Do I need my CE Product Key the day the game launches?:
While we encourage you to get your key as soon as possible we will
provide a reasonable grace period for players to get a hold of their
copies and have uninterrupted service.
What if I already pre-ordered?:
Prior to March 26, 2008 no pre-order programs have been supported by EA
Mythic. If you have pre-ordered before the above date please contact your retailer to secure your Collectors Edition. Current
pre-order offers are only valid with the Collectors Edition.

[color= rgb(255, 204, 0); font-weight: bold;]Do I need more than one Beta Center account if I pre-order multiple copies of the Collector’s Edition?:</span> Yes, to ensure you receive access to all of the benefits of pre-ordering and the Collector’s Edition you will need one valid Beta Center account per pre-order card or set of codes. Pre-Order offers can only be activated with the purchase and registration of a Collector’s Edition.
<span style="color: rgb255 204 0 fontweight bold">Can I pre-order the Collectors Edition in areas outside of North America and Europe?: We are constantly looking into the best way to get the Collector’s Edition to more people. Our priority is to ensure everyone can receive their copy at a reasonable price. We look forward to sharing more information on the Collector’s Edition availability soon!
