Well, I got around to reading about the "living" cities and all I can say is FINALLY they have added something that feels permanent enough to me to truly encourage the Realm pride from DAoC! Cities gain rank and sacking them can REDUCE the rank the longer the opposing force controls it! And captured leaders are taken back to your home city to taunt... now I feel a true impact for seiging a city other than just "phat lewt"! And a reason to protect my city from invaders so we don't lose all the benefits we have earned by gaining ranks for our city!

Now, if those insufferable bastiches would just INVITE ME TO BETA ALREADY!! ME WANNA SMASH!! WAUGH!!!
