Cultivation/Apothecary question

Two part question:

1. Are there seeds/plants that can be turned into armor potions, or is it just butchering drops?

2. If there are seeds, what are they, and how can I get my green scaly paws on some?

Armour pots are only butchering or Viper Pit items (scales).

The 200 armour scale only comes from butchering, you can buy lesser ones at the Viper Pit depending on your guild's rank, I believe.

Gotta play my butcher more. Just hate getting XP without RP to balance it out.
