The guild name is "Tintagel". I will try to get the guild formed tomorrow (Saturday) night. I'm still downloading! Most people will be able to invite new members, so just do /who tintagel and ask anyone that you see on.

Note that Mythic won't let you new folks play until Monday.

Also check your betacenter account, sometimes emails get lost or take a while to show up especially if you use a free service like hotmail, yahoo, or gmail.

Echoing Isak: It seems like a lot of people at the Beta forums report never getting an email, and only discover that they are in when they look in their Beta Center account.

Well, by pure speculation, I think I got in because of Veteran Newsletter, or Daoc sub coupled with the fact I finally got my rig up to snuff over the weekend. All it took was 4 gigs of RAM and Vista 64!

Well, I was using XP up until this weekend. I don&#39;t know what happened but last week I had a feeling that Warhammer would/should run on XP no problem. This then lead to the conclusion that the optimal recipe for disaster would be to test warhammer on what Microsoft deemed their future product since XP is no longer be sold. But this is all speculation, who knows what criteria for computer specs/operating system they used, from reading the boards mythic seems to have let a wide range of computers in.

I think I should re-apply with my new uber computer. My old system was not very good and would probably have caused Mythics stock to tumble if WAR ever ran on it.

I guess Ivarr the Marauder will have to wait a little longer before bathing in the blood of Imperial kindergarten students :(

If you log into your betacenter account you can update your DxDiag thingie. I&#39;ve done it a couple times.

Dunno that it helps much, my old computer fried about a month ago and i changed my dxdiag soon as i got my new one. No dice, And its a sweet rig.

I actually just updated my dxdiag on Saturday, and I don&#39;t think it "sent me to the back of the line" as some people think happens because of what MJ said a few months back. Also when I updated my dxdiag, I also updated my information so that both dates matched, which I think may help with checking to see if that really is you and not a bought dxdiag.

Well that&#39;s more then a couple of days, what i should have said was in the last 2 days. There has been multiple waves of invites and i was referring to the most recent.

and my old Dx file had a geforce 7800 GT in it.. sooo... its not mega systems anymore

But look forward to the guild. I am running XP and it seemed to work so far when I ran a quick test before going to work. I wonder if I charge some of you who still owe greycross greyshield for being healed on the old percy server. :P
