We have the following Hot Fixes for you today:
General Changes & Bug Fixes
We have identified a small number of world objects that unlock Tome of Knowledge entries when interacted with, but were appearing in areas unreachable by players. These object locations have been corrected.

Quests
Welcome Back: On the Battlefield: Players will once again be able to locate and interact with the Empire Courier.
Faith is Madness: Corrected several issues with the final step of this epic quest. Players will now be able to do battle with, and successfully defeat Z’Kar the Everbane.

Corrected an issue where Soul Talisman effects Soul Willpower IV-V, Soul Absorb I-V, and Soul Regeneration I-II were firing the wrong abilities or not ever firing at all.

Tomb of the Vulture Lord
Corrected an issue that could prevent players from attacking Heirophant Eu’trata
