If Avelorn server is up at 7 am Sunday, we are rolling there. If not, those who are online will be on Vent and will vote to either roll on whatever RP-Core server is available, or wait a few hours to see if Avelorn comes up.

Just thought I would tell you guys our plan incase you guys do infact still wish to compete against the Guinevere War Alliance =) (posts of course will be made when a decision is reached and what decisions that is)

We will be taking a vote tomorrow after we see what Mythic posts about servers. I'll be sure to make a note about the fact that you folks are planning to pick Avelorn.

I have members of my guild that want to play both sides, so this may be complicated. I would prefer we stay on different servers. One alliance could try RP/Core and one could try RP/RvR.

You really can't ask that of either alliance. You can't ask hundreds? of people to change their plans or their decision on a server because 'some' people want to play both.

If the general consensus is pair up with both alliances up against each other on a server, then your people are simply going to have to make a decision and pick one or the other.

I hadn't known there was a firm decision made to go against each other. That was what I needed clarified.

Waiting on avelorn seems like a good idea to me if that what these guys are doing , would be a nice start of balance

Yes, this was taken over a month ago, and the number of respondents (46) makes it only a sample. But these numbers are overwhelming, and I see no reason to believe that the community's opinion has changed at all.

I am not particularly interested in the open RvR servers myself. Only one of my guild members is as he hated the taunting in WoW and not being able to do anything about it. And I am busy pointing out to our members that we will abide by what the alliance wants if we are going to be part of the alliance, heh. I wish Mythic was making wiser choices, I suppose. Anticipation is getting to us.

Due to the amount of people with CE headstart within our alliance, we have decided it is not fair to make them wait and forfeit their headstart.

The Guinevere Warhammer Alliance, will therefore be rolling on the Phoenix Throne server on Sunday.

We debated waiting or not, but there is no guarantee that the Avelorn server will be less riddled with queues and overpopulation that Phoenix Throne, so rather than gamble we made our decision.

Just wanted to update you guys on our plan.

Hiya, Fhuul! We aren't going to roll against you. It would split the guild and force members to not be able to talk to each other about game stuff. That's too much potential for guild drama for comfort. We'll be rolling on one of the other RP/Core servers. Several guilds have done/are doing the same for the same reasons.

Look at it this way, if you ever want to see what Order is like, you have a spot reserved.
