I'll give you 2 to 1 odds that there won't be much lag today. Servers may come down for emergency patch, but not for lag :)

I doubt there will be lag. Mythic has done a good job at stresstesting the servers in previous beta phases. And as far as I know, the live servers have been scaled slightly down as far as pop. cap goes, just to be safe.
