Reinstall War?

I just picked up my copy of Warhammer Online and have myself wondering if I should re-install Warhammer or not. I currently have installed the Beta version patched up for Live but, I'm not sure there's really a difference between what's inside the box and what I have installed already.

Other then maybe the intro movie that we've all already seen via the web site premiere, does anyone know if the version in the box has anything in it that warrants me going through all the trouble of reinstalling?

Reinstalling and patching *might* shrink the sizes of some of the huge .myp files (I think I have the suffix right). That is because they are essentially databases that Mythic just dumps more and more data into when they patch, if I understand the process correctly. But I doubt that you will get huge space savings by doing that. So unless you are desperate to shave off a gig somewhere (if you are lucky), there isn't any point to re-installing.

Reinstalling used to be useful because Mythic didn't re-compress the .myp data files so anytime they made art changes those files would get bigger. Since I think the first preview weekend they turned on the compression so space should not be an issue anymore. I think the default install is around 10GB so if it's significantly larger than that leaving the patch should reduce the size unless Mythic broke something.

But there's no difference otherwise such as new sounds and higher rez artwork, right?

Correct, the artwork has been final since the end of August, and any changes would be received through the patcher regardless of version.
