Is it possible to make a macro like in WoW where one button will cast one of two spells depending on my target?
For instance, if target is hostile, cast my DoT, if target is friendly, cast HoT.

1 button = 1 action has always been Mythic's rule. But to be honest I have no idea![]()

This also wouldn't really work since it doesn't matter. There are two targets, both hostile and friendly. If you cast a friendly spell it goes to your friendly target, if you cast a hostile one, it goes to your hostile target.

Or you could not be lazy/sucky and actually play like everyone else. But, hey, that's just a suggestion. =)

That would not work with the dual targetting system. You'd be casting two spells at once if you had a friendy and hostile target.
The Dual targetting system screws with the idea in general. But, I've been told that the mythic scripting system is strong enough to do almost all the same things that the WoW script system allowed. So we might see macros that do something like that. Currently, it's all up in the air.
