Low Level Tradeskill Gathering Tip

I posted this in the general forums.

If you're a low level butcher or a cultivator with AE abilities go to the animal pens in the starting area for orcs/goblins. I took my marauder in there and got a bunch of level 1-36 cultivating and alchemy supplies. Saved me a bit of money and the trash drops aren't too bad for money either. The potions you make from these items is good for alts as well.

Also, while doing this for about an hour I got about 8 greens and a bunch of salvagable drops.

Oooh thanks! I think I'll take my sorcerer there to get items for salvaging. Did you go on a higher ranked character?

I was level 11 when I did it. I could basically 1-2 shot anything in there with my AE ability.
