With the highly anticipated opening of the Official Warhammer Online Forums upon us, we wanted to delve a little deeper into some of the questions we’ve received about them, including key features, signup/login details, and the WAR Oracle program. Read on for all the details!

Anyone will be able to read the forums, but you must have an active Warhammer Online account to post. Eventually when you log in to the forums, you will be able to select a profile for any of your characters to display their career, Rank and Realm Rank info, guild name, server name, and a Tier-based Avatar. (Your login name will remain the same.)

Once you’re on the Official Warhammer Online Forums, you can expect to find a great resource for information and discussion about WAR. Fellow players and the moderation staff are there to answer your questions and discuss your feedback. Developers and the WAR Community Team will also be regular visitors, engaging in discussions and reading your feedback!

We reward those who are exceptional contributors and helpful posters via the WAR Oracles program. Becoming a WAR Oracle is simple and rewarding. All it takes is to be a helpful contributing member who posts great constructive feedback, or someone who is an awesome resource of information and helps players start off on the right foot. When you become a part of the WAR Oracles team, you’ll earn increased interaction with developers, early sneak-peaks at updates and future content, and maybe even a chance for in-game rewards! Being a WAR Oracle also opens up the opportunity to participate in the Core Tester program by being a skilled and dedicated player, or if making UI Mods is more your thing, you might be a great fit for the Mod Squad. The WAR Oracles program is a great way to support the community and get more out of WAR.

The forums are actually already open for Public Test Server content discussion, but the official opening will be in early March with the release of 1.2! You can get an early start on the Official Warhammer Online forums now by creating your account and getting involved on the Public Test Server—share your feedback on the upcoming new careers, changes to RvR, tradeskill improvements, and more!


How will the Official Warhammer Online Forums login/signups work? Is it tied to my game account?

• The signup process is very easy. You simply log in using the same username and password you use to play the game, create a Forum Username, provide an e-mail, and you’re good to go!
• The Official Warhammer Online Forums are tied to your account, so you will have a single login for your game and the forums.
