Armour pots are only butchering or Viper Pit items (scales).
The 200 armour scale only comes from butchering, you can buy lesser ones at the Viper Pit depending on your guild's rank, I believe.

Gotta play my butcher more. Just hate getting XP without RP to balance it out.
a Good Run through Middle row of BS should yield a bunch with a butcher in tow
