Well, I couldn't really see any point to having a wiki when Slaight first put a link on his page, since I didn't see how it did anything better than a forum. But I hadn't thought of this idea of building up a knowledge base of information. What I had thought of was a collection of links to good resources at other sites, and I still think we should do that. But I see that a wiki is definitely the way to go for building this sort of information base, created by the community.

So I think we should set up a wiki for this, set to go live when Open Beta starts (the NDA is lifted then) so that people can put in information as they are willing. The idea is that this is a community effort. If this community dives in and builds a good knowledge base, then great, it has wonderful potential. But if it flops because there isn't any significant participation, then it is not a huge loss to us. Seems like a worthwhile investment to give it a chance.

Looks like my hope of not having a over the top modding of language went out the window with the "rules" being posted rofl.

With in reason. the rules aren't permanent necessarily either.

Nobody has had their language modded yet, so obviously people can get by just fine without language problems.

Eh, unless it is a horrible pain in the ass, an occasional swear word will be over looked. But if you want to flame people, take it to VN forums.

    Thanks.
