Release date is 12/20/2011. This release date is influenced, of course, by diablo 3 being pushed to March and to give Bioware the max amount of time to complete the game.

Yes still think it needs more time, the list of "things we wanted to do but ran out of development time" is lengthy and, I fear, includes end level content. Pvp seems much more balanced than, say Rift though, which is a plus.

Still Rift was content low and fun for awhile, and I am sure old republic will be no different. If you are a fan of bioware, star wars, sci fi and just online games in general, worth a look when it comes out, at least after the new year and a bug patch or two. People are going to tear the content apart over the holidays, that's for sure.
