    Operative Healing Overview

    Base Heals: (energy requirement only)

    1. Kolto Injection (with incisive action skill)
    - 2 seconds activation time
    - single target heal
    - grants tactical advantage

    2. Kolto Probe (with medical engineering skill)
    - instant
    - heals single target over 21 seconds
    - each tick has a 10 percent chance to grant tactical advantage

    3. Recuperative Naotech
    - instant, cooldown 12 seconds
    - heals up to 4 allies with 10 meters over 15 seconds

    Tactical Heals: (requires and consumes tactical advantage)

    1. Kolto Infusion
    - 1.5 seconds activation time
    - single target heal

    2. Surgical Probe (with Medical Engineering)
    - instant
    - single target heal
    - regrants tactical advantage when cast on target below 30 percent health

    Energy Recovery:

    1. Adrenaline Probe
    - energy recovery

    2. Stim Boost
    - energy over time regen
    - requires and consumes tactical advantage
