question on retail and billing

so CE headstart opens up tomorrow...but i still don't have my CE retail material.

the question i have is what client will headstart use? the beta client? and do we start our billing subscriptions tomorrow as the game is "live"?

beta client IS the gold client + patches

you need to have your CE "box" by the 22nd (so far according to mythic)

billign will happen at the end of the month (Sept)

Yes, this is one of the really good things Mythic has done. A lot of people are already set to go with their client installed.

The site you order your stuff from will have your head start code. Except I suspect Best Buy won't give it to you.

To start playing Sunday (for CE), or Tuesday (for SE/standard preorder)

Thursday the 18th is the retail launch date of course

ya, no worries about me.. my account was active day one with codes I got day -1 of CE sales (go go retarded Gamestop peeps for giving me the flyers early)

Yea, so long as you already have your "head start" key activated on your master account you're good to go (for head start). You will have to purchase the game as enter that key before the 22nd like others said, or you account is shut off until you do.

i also used best buy and was waiting on codes until Dally told me to poke em in the eye and email bomb them :P
i got codes for everything (PreWeekend, Ingame Items, Beta, Headstart) a few weeks ago. but did have to pester them
