Qustions and Concerns about pre-order status

I had made my pre-order of the collectors edition when first announced by from the EA-Store way back when. I have yet recieved my box, nor updates in my email. I know it went through since I have been in game since CE Beta opened, but still so far nuttin.

It's not the beta code you need if you got specifically an open beta or closed beta code.

When you bought the CE you should have gotten an e-mail with 3 codes. The open beta, the live head start, and the prizes code. You need to make sure at least the last two are entered into your account management. The "Features" section of account management will then show that you have access to the CE Headstart and the bonus items.

You won't need the retail box code until a couple days after release when then CE codes will expire...so they know you actually did get a copy of the game.

Clarification: There has never been any intention for the boxes to be received prior to the true Release (18th). The codes are all you need to download the client and start playing until the grace period is up, which is supposedly the 22nd (Monday).

Yeah I don't have my CE box either.

However, I am still not clear how to get into the game. Run the same client I have been using for beta? Or do we need to download a new client, and if so, where do we get that?

The beta client is equivalent to the retail discs + patches, so you are good to go as long as your Mythic master account shows you have access to CE or SE Head Start. You'll need to get your retail cdkeys and enter them in your master account by the 22nd.
